Cabrini Museum Collection is based in some rooms of the first house established by Mother Frances Cabrini, in Codogno (LO) Italy.

The exhibition itinerary allows us to enter the same door crossed by Mother Cabrini, to climb the same stairs and to cross the places where originally the cells of the seven nuns and the room of the Saint were located. We observe, slowly climbing along the access ladder, the series of paintings made in 1950 by the artist Aldo Cogni, in art “Cabri”, which summarize the important moments of the life of the Saint.

Mother Cabrini had embarked at Le Havre on March 23, 1889, her first destination was New York, where she landed on March 31st at 7.00 pm, the first of over 24 journeys made by Mother overseas. The Museum collects objects and documents that tell the extraordinary life of Santa Francesca Saverio Cabrini, from the teens to his death. We find important testimonies of the processes of Beatification and of Canonization of the Mother, a review of the Mission today and a series of testimonies from the various usable world houses.
